Controls close at hand
A tool box located under the control panel contains the most important tools for everyday use.
Ergonomic working operation without efforts
The construction of the control panel and handles enable the user to adopt an ergonomically correct position when working. The controls and levers are close at hand allowing quick and simple operation of the mower. The user can engage the wheel drive using either the left or the right hand. The advantage of this is that one hand always remains free to adjust other controls (e.g. engaging the blade).
Plenty of power for larger tasks
The powerful 11.5 HP OHV Briggs & Stratton engine really moves and achieves a high cutting performance even in difficult conditions. The overhead valve design (OHV) offers quiet running, good power efficiency and low fuel consumption. A large external fuel tank (5.5 l) provides the engine with fuel for about 4 hours to enable the user to work larger areas without having to fill up.
Robust quality housing
With a wall thickness of up to 6 mm, the extremely robust die-cast aluminium housing guarantees a long service life. Exchangeable metal protection bumpers protect the side of the housing when mowing along walls and fences. The front rubber impact protector protects the housing when driving into obstacles such as stones, path borders or trees.
Makes easy work of tall grass
The 56 cm blade ensures perfect cutting and optimum collecting characteristics. Made of hardened hot-worked steel, the blade is particularly durable. A blade clutch disengages the engine and the blade so that the grass catcher bag can be emptied without stopping the engine. It is possible to transport the mower with the blade at a standstill, by means of the wheel drive. This is particularly important when driving over mown areas or over gravel paths.
Challenging terrain? No Problem.
The robust chassis with 16 mm axles, strong axle bolts and die-cast aluminium wheels is optimally equipped for all types of terrain. Rubber tyres provide the mower with good traction even in difficult areas.
The right gear for any terrain
The 3-speed gearbox allows precise control of the drive speed. An additional reverse gear and the differential integrated into the rear axle facilitate manoeuvring and turning of the mower. The gearbox is located clear of the ground above the driving axle and drives the axle via a chain. The advantage of this is that the gearbox is well protected against damage from stone impact etc.
Foldable handlebar
To facilitate removal of the grass catcher bag when full, the handlebar can be folded into an upright position. The handlebar is automatically locked in position when folded back.
Sufficient capacity for large areas
The large grass catcher bag (90 L) enables the mowing of large areas in a single operation. Integral anti-dust protection on the top of the grass catcher bag prevents soiling and also shows when the bag needs to be emptied thanks to the integrated level indicator. Mowing with rear discharge (without the grass catcher bag) is also possible, with the rear flap acting as a deflector for the cuttings.
