| 2003 - strongest sales year in VIKING company history |

| Langkampfen/Kufstein. In 2003 VIKING GmbH recorded its highest sales figures since the company was founded 23 years ago. The Tyrol-based company continued to maintain its position in the market in 2003 and as a result was able to make lasting improvements to its position and brand's image. Turnover increased by more than 5% from the record 78.3 million euros achieved in 2002 to 82.6 million euros. The number of employees has also increased since 2002 from 146 to 152. Equity capital also rose in 2003 to 26.6 million euros. |
