VIKING reports 20 percent turnover growth

Reconfirmation as attractive employer and profitable business location

20 percent turnover growth in 2011

During the annual Company Review Press Conference on 18 April 2012, VIKING had lots of good news to report about the past year. A number of successful market launches meant that a record turnover of more than 133 million euros was achieved in 2011. An employee figure almost 300 represents a historic high, as well as underscoring the company's reputation as an attractive employer in the region. Moreover, the new 16,000 m² extension building is due to open in autumn 2012, which should increase the number of employees further. "The pleasing results from last year confirm that we are on the right track. We consistently pursue our clear premium strategy and continuously invest in the VIKING brand," explains Managing Director Peter Pretzsch (picture).
